REF — KL-SOLUTIONS
Three engagements, each scoped for a different stage
You can start at whichever point fits your organisation's current situation. All engagements are fixed-price and produce written deliverables you keep.
SOL-00 — METHODOLOGY
How we approach every engagement
Every Kopi Logic engagement begins with listening — specifically to the people who do the work day to day, not only to the managers who commission the work. We believe the most reliable picture of a process comes from observing it at close range, asking straightforward questions, and noting what gets said quietly between the formal answers.
We document what we find in plain language, circulate notes within 48 hours of each session, and confirm understanding before making any recommendations. When we recommend AI tooling, we explain why each element was chosen, what alternatives were considered, and how the choice could be revisited if circumstances change.
All engagements are covered by a mutual NDA signed before the first session. Work proceeds at a pace agreed with your team, and check-in points are scheduled rather than improvised.
Step 1
Observe and listen to the people doing the work
Step 2
Document in writing, confirm understanding
Step 3
Recommend only what fits the actual situation
Step 4
Deliver a written runbook your team can use independently
SOL-001 — PROCESS DISCOVERY
Process Discovery and Workflow Mapping
A focused engagement in which our team sits with your operations leads to document, in plain language, how work currently moves through your organisation. We observe, sketch, and listen, then return a clear written map of decision points, handoffs, and recurring frictions where AI may — or may not — prove genuinely useful.
The deliverable is a concise written report, suitable for circulating to stakeholders, that frames priorities without overstating possibilities. Well suited to teams who would like a thoughtful second opinion before committing to any tooling.
What's included:
- Two on-site working sessions with operations leads
- A written process map covering decision points and handoffs
- Identification of friction points where AI may or may not assist
- A recommendations memo suitable for internal stakeholder review
- Session notes shared within 48 hours of each meeting
SOL-002 — PILOT DESIGN
Pilot Design for a Targeted AI Workflow
For one chosen process — perhaps a recurring report, a customer enquiry channel, or a document review queue — we design a small, well-scoped pilot with measurable check-in points and modest claims. The work includes vendor or model selection, prompt and integration design, and a written runbook your team can carry forward.
We favour reversible choices and quiet deployment, so the pilot can be paused or adjusted without disruption. Suitable for organisations that prefer to learn through measured experiments.
What's included:
- Selection and scoping of one target process
- Vendor or model evaluation and recommendation
- Prompt and integration design for the chosen workflow
- Working pilot deployed in your environment
- Written maintenance guide (runbook)
- Four-week check-in review with go/no-go assessment
FIXED PRICE
SGD 380
TYPICAL DURATION
6–8 weeks including four-week pilot
SOL-003 — DEPARTMENTAL PROGRAMME
Departmental AI Integration Programme
A longer engagement in which we accompany a department — typically operations, finance, or customer service — through the practical work of weaving AI into several connected workflows. The programme covers governance considerations, data hygiene, model selection, change management, and staff training, paced over a number of months so people can absorb new tools with care.
We document everything in writing for institutional memory, and meet weekly with department leads to review progress, surface concerns, and adjust scope. Included are workflow design, vendor coordination, training sessions, and a closing review with recommendations for ongoing stewardship.
What's included:
- Governance and data hygiene review for the department
- Design and implementation of multiple AI workflows
- Vendor selection and coordination
- Staff training sessions at a pace that suits the team
- Weekly check-in meetings with department leads
- Closing review and ongoing stewardship recommendations
- All documentation produced in writing for institutional record

SOL-05 — SHARED STANDARDS
Protocols applied across all engagements
Confidentiality by default
Mutual NDA signed before first session. No client details shared externally without explicit written consent.
PDPA-aware design
Data handling considerations reviewed as standard. Singapore's PDPA framework applied to every workflow recommendation.
Notes within 48 hours
Every session is followed by written notes shared within two business days, confirming what was discussed and agreed.
Reversible choices preferred
We avoid tooling that creates hard dependency on a vendor or model. Pilots are designed to be paused without significant loss.
Scheduled check-ins throughout
Progress points are set in advance, not improvised. Issues are raised openly at check-ins, not resolved quietly between them.
Documented handover
Every engagement closes with documentation your team can use independently — runbooks, training materials, and recommendations for ongoing stewardship.
