Our three engagement tiers are priced at SGD 175, SGD 380, and SGD 720 respectively. What is included in each is set out in writing before any engagement begins. There are no additional fees for session preparation, documentation, or standard communications.

Measurable check-in points, not vague outcomes
Pilots include defined check-in points where progress is assessed against agreed criteria. If the results at a check-in don't justify continuing, we say so. A well-documented negative finding is more useful than a pilot that continues past its useful life to protect billable hours.

Most AI implementations skip this step. We insist on it. The written process map we produce is a standalone deliverable, not a prelude to a pitch. Many clients find it useful regardless of whether any AI work follows.
Four-week pilot structure with a go/no-go review
Pilots include an explicit review point where the data from the first four weeks is assessed against the agreed success criteria. This is a real decision point — not a formality before the next invoice.
Engagements designed to make us unnecessary
