AI integration in a Singapore business setting

REF — KL-IDX-2025

Practical AI, fitted to how your team actually works

We sit with your operations team, map the real friction points, and design AI workflows that hold up in daily use — without overstating what the technology can do.

SVC — THREE ENGAGEMENTS

Our services, plainly described

Each engagement is scoped for a specific stage in your AI journey. You can start at whichever point fits where your organisation currently stands.

Process discovery session

SVC-001

Process Discovery & Workflow Mapping

We spend time with your operations leads — observing, sketching, listening — and return a plain-language map of your decision points, handoffs, and the specific frictions where AI may prove useful. Two on-site sessions, a written process map, and a recommendations memo.

  • Two on-site working sessions
  • Written process map delivered
  • Stakeholder-ready memo included

AI pilot design

SVC-002

Pilot Design for a Targeted AI Workflow

For one chosen process — a recurring report, an enquiry channel, or a document review queue — we design a focused pilot with measurable check-ins and modest claims. Includes vendor selection, prompt design, and a runbook your team can carry forward independently.

  • Model and vendor selection guidance
  • Working pilot deployment
  • Four-week check-in review

Departmental AI integration

SVC-003

Departmental AI Integration Programme

A longer engagement for one department — typically operations, finance, or customer service — covering governance, data hygiene, model selection, change management, and staff training. Paced over several months so people absorb new tools with care. Weekly check-ins with department leads throughout.

  • Staff training sessions
  • Closing review with ongoing guidance

BNF — WHY KOPI LOGIC

What you can expect working with us

Everything in writing

Every session, every recommendation, and every decision is documented. Your team can reference it months later without relying on memory or one person's notes.

Honest scope, modest claims

We will tell you when AI is not the right tool. We won't propose complex systems when a simpler change would serve better — and we won't overstate what any model can do.

Reversible by design

We favour choices that can be paused or adjusted. Pilots are built so your team retains control and can step back without disruption if priorities change.

Team-centred approach

Change management is part of every engagement. We pace training so staff can absorb new tools with care, not under pressure, and we check in regularly throughout.

Singapore-grounded expertise

Our team has worked across Singapore's operations, finance, and customer service environments. We understand local regulatory context, vendor options, and workforce realities.

Institutional memory built in

The runbooks, memos, and guides we produce stay with your organisation. When staff turn over or priorities shift, the knowledge remains accessible and usable.

CTA — TAKE THE FIRST STEP

Not sure where to begin? That's what the first engagement is for.

Process Discovery is a low-commitment way to get a clear, written picture of where AI could help your organisation — and where it probably won't. Many organisations find the map itself is valuable, regardless of what follows.

FAQ — COMMON QUESTIONS

Things people usually ask before getting started

Do we need to have a specific AI tool in mind before reaching out?
Not at all. Most of our engagements begin precisely because an organisation doesn't yet know which tools, if any, are worth pursuing. Process Discovery is designed for that stage — it produces a clear map before any tool is selected.
How disruptive is an engagement to daily operations?
We design each engagement to sit alongside your existing work rather than interrupt it. On-site sessions are scheduled to suit your team's rhythm, and pilots are paced so changes can be absorbed without pressure. We avoid proposing anything that requires your team to drop existing commitments.
What happens if the pilot doesn't work as expected?
Pilots are built with check-in points precisely for this reason. If something isn't working at the four-week review, we adjust the scope, the approach, or — if warranted — we stop and document what we've learned. A negative finding is still a useful finding.
Is our data kept confidential throughout the engagement?
Yes. All work is covered by a mutual confidentiality agreement before any sessions begin. We do not share, publish, or reference client work without explicit written permission. Data hygiene is also a standard part of our Departmental Programme.
How long does the Departmental Programme typically run?
Programmes typically run between three and five months, depending on the department's size, the number of workflows involved, and how quickly the team is able to integrate changes. We agree on a clear scope before the engagement starts and communicate openly if adjustments are needed.
Do you work with small businesses or only larger organisations?
We work with organisations of varying sizes. Process Discovery is particularly suited to smaller teams who want a thoughtful second opinion before committing to any tooling. The Pilot and Programme engagements scale to the size of the work being addressed.
